Dennis and Eva's house was already dated when they bought it, but they have not yet managed to change it and bring their styles together. For instance, Dennis - who is colour-blind - wants dark colours to see contrast, but Eva prefers to keep her interiors light. She likes Scandinavian and minimalist, light colours like white, pink and soft green and materials like rattan, wood and linen. Dennis envisions a classic and hotel chic interior, with dark colours like dark blue and cognac brown.
In this episode, Fietje chose a wallpaper from our brand new Gilded collection. She immediately fell for the wallpaper with an all-over design of stylised palm leaves with an Art Deco look (item number 340155) that goes great with the aluminium doors. To connect the interior, she had the same wallpaper pasted on the wall near the dining area and in the hallway. Result: a beautiful and warm whole that the couple had been longing for!
