Do the prices shown in the webshop include or exclude VAT?

The prices shown in the webshop include VAT.

What are the payment options?

You can pay with:

iDEAL (Netherlands)
With iDEAL you can immediately finalise the payment through your own bank when placing your order. You pay through the online banking service you are familiar with, based on the specific security procedures applied by your bank.

Bancontact/Mister Cash (Belgium)
With Bancontact you can immediately finalise the payment through your own bank when placing your order. You pay through the online banking service you are familiar with, based on the specific security procedures applied by your bank.

Visa or MasterCard (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Denmark) 
You can input your credit card details in our secure environment. The amount will then be blocked on your card. Together with your credit card provider we will ensure that the payment will be properly processed.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, you will receive a pdf file of the invoice along with the email confirming your order.

Are payments made through the Eijffinger webshop secure?

Yes, payments made with us are secure. While processing your payment we make use of a secure SSL internet connection. The SSL software ensures that the payment details are securely sent over the internet. You will recognise the secure connection by the green browser bar and the little padlock, which is shown in the upper right-hand corner next to the browser bar.

Can I still cancel my order after I have paid for it?

Once you have paid for your order you can no longer change or cancel it. You can return all or part of your order within 14 days after receiving it. After receiving and checking the returned items, we will refund the amount to the bank account number we have on file.
