vtwonen 'Weer verliefd op je huis'
Stylist Marianne comes to the rescue in the last episode of this season vtwonen 'weer verliefd op je huis' and visits the artistic couple Esther and Raymond. Together with their son Abel they live in a Rotterdam mansion from 1906. High ceilings, an old oak herringbone floor and original details. It sounds like a dream home, but Esther and Raymond almost regret leaving their previous home, which was actually perfect in terms of atmosphere. The couple is unable to make their new home cozy. It feels more like they are visiting a classy aunt.
Raymond prefers a sleek and tidy interior with a classic twist. He also has several works of art that he would like to see again in the new interior. Esther describes herself as a hippie. She likes cozy, artistic, plants, art deco and antiques. She lovers corners with all kind of things, but the basis of the interior could be a bit quieter.
Marianne has looked closely at the space and beautifully brought the wishes of Esther and Raymond together. There is a wonderful 'arty vibe' in the house! The artistic and romantic wallpaper (307301) from our brand new Museum collection is exactly what this house needed. And what a fun and creative twist Marianne has given it with her team. By cutting flowers and birds out of the wallpaper and gluing them to the sides, the wallpaper fans out over the painted wall.
The entire Museum collection will be in the shops from mid-December. For those who can't wait, you can find the article number from the episode here: Museum - 307301
