Jolien and Otto have been a happy couple for 10 years. For the past two years, after a number of restless years, they have finally settled in their new-build house in Bodegraven, far outside the city. They needed peace and more space. Jolien secretly hoped for an attractive farmhouse, but it became a new-build house. 

A great project for Marianne! Because how do you turn a spacious new-build house into a cozy whole? And how do you bring the French atmosphere with romantic seats from Jolien together with the robust, sleek, tidy taste of Otto? Marianne came up with a wall with wooden panels with our paper weave wallpaper behind it (389509). Result: a webbing-like look. She also opted for Natural Wallcoverings for the bedroom, but here for a very subtle light variant (322630).
